Turkey Salad (Hot) Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 948ml | Turkey - cut up |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Accent - optional |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | White pepper |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Chopped celery |
4 | Hard boiled eggs - chopped | |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Cream of chicken soup - 1 cn |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Onion powder |
2/3 cup | 61g / 2.2oz | Slivered almonds |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Crushed potato chips |
Combine all ingredients except for the cheese and potato chips in a casserole dish.
Top with cheese and potato chips. Bake at 400 deg f. For 20 to 25 minutes.
