Turkey Red Reuben Sandwich Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Mayonnaise or salad |

2 oz | 56g | Thinly sliced cooked turkey |
Breast | ||
1/3 cup | 78ml | Canned shredded sweet and |
Sour red - | ||
Cabbage - drained | ||
1 1/2 oz | 42g | Sliced Monterey jack cheese |
Spread mayonnaise or salad dressing on each slice of bread. Place sliced turkey on 1 of the bread slices.
Top with drained cabbage. Place sliced cheese on the cabbage, then top with remaining slice of bread, mayonnaise side down. Chill until serving time.
May heat briefly in Microwave to melt cheese.
