Turkey Patties In Wine Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Margarine |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Ground turkey |
1/2 | Egg | |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Bread crumbs |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Italian herb blend |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry red wine |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
Saute the chopped onion in margarine in a large frying pan. Combine sauteed onion with turkey, egg, salt, and herbs. Shape turkey mixture into 2 patties. Broil 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
While patties are cooking, add wine, and pepper to frying pan.
Simmer gently and serve sauce over patties. 4 Servings
