Turkey Pate Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Onion soup mix | |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Mayonnaise |
2 cups | 186g / 6.6oz | Minced cooked turkey |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Pecans - finely chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Pimento - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parsley - minced |
Paprika | ||
Assorted crackers |
Combine soup mix with sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in turkey, nuts and pimento.
Refrigerate for several hours for flavors to meld and mixture to thicken.
Mound on a platter, sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Serve chilled with crackers.
Makes about 2 cups.
