Turkey Meatloaf Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/4 lbs | 567g / 20oz | Ground turkey |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Onion - chopped (medium) |
1/3 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Carrot - chopped fine |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Zucchini squash - chopped fine |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Garlic cloves - chopped fine (large) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dried basil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
To taste salt and pepper | ||
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Seasoned salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | White Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oregano |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Steak sauce |
1 | Egg white | |
2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Seasoned bread crumbs |
Mix thoroughly, spray a loaf pan, spoon turkey mixture in loaf pan and bake at 350 for apprx 30 min, check to see if done, if not lower temp to 300 and bake for approximately 15 min more.
Serving Ideas : Serve w/noodles, veg and salad
