Turkey Meat Loaf Ring Recipe - Cooking Index
| 14 oz | 397g | Ground turkey |
| 2 | Eggs - lightly beaten | |
| 18 | Saltine crackers - crumbled | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Uncooked oatmeal |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Green peas |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Finely chopped onion |
| 1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Corn |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped parsley |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | Garlic - minced | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly ground pepper |
| 6 oz | 170g | Tomato sauce - (3/4 c) |
| 2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Steamed cauliflower and |
| Broccoli - (not in recipe.. | ||
| To round out meal) |
1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients (except cauliflower and broccoli--they are a recommended side dish)
3. Turn into ring pan or 9X5 loaf pan that has been coated with non-stick spray.
4. Bake 50-60 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes
5. Unmold onto serving platter and garnish with steamed cauliflower and broccoli.
