Turkey Meat Loaf Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Ground turkey breast |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Quick-cooking oats |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped (medium) |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Shredded carrots |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Skim milk |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Egg beaters 99% egg substitute |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Catsup |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Pepper |
Topping; | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Catsup |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Quick-cooking oats |
In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Mix well. Press into a 9x5x3 loaf pan that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine topping ingredients; spread over loaf. Bake, uncovered at 350 F. for 65 minutes or until juices run clear.
