Turkey Crunch Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 438g / 15oz | Diced cooked turkey |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion - chopped |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Green pepper - chopped |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
4 oz | 113g | Mushrooms |
1 | Sliced pimento - drained | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Poultry seasoning |
3 oz | 85g | Chow mein noodles |
2 | Cream of mushroom soup | |
Butter | ||
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - chopped |
Combine turkey, mushrooms, celery, onion, green pepper, pimento and poultry seasoning into 2 quart casserole greased with butter. Blend together mushroom soup and milk and pour over the turkey mixture.
Sprinkle chow mein noodles over top. Bake in slow (325 degree) oven for 30 minutes.
