1 | Onion - large diced | |
1 1/2 | Bell pepper - diced | |
3/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Celery - diced |
24 oz | 681g | Stewed tomatoes |
4 1/2 teaspoons | 22ml | Chili powder |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt - (to taste) |
4 cups | 948ml | Turkey - cooked and cut up |
6 cups | 960g / 33oz | Rice - cooked |
Put everything except rice in crockpot. Leave for most of the day.
Serve over cooked rice.
