2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh sage - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh thyme - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh basil - chopped |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Soda cracker crumbs |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | White wine or water |
Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a spoon or your hands; shape into patties or links and brown in a skillet, or use as bulk sausage in recipes.
