Beefy Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Lean ground beef |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Prepared horseradish |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chopped chives |
1 | Garlic - chopped | |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
18 teaspoons | 90ml | Fresh mushrooms (large) |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Dry white wine |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Thoroughly mix the meat, horseradish, chives, garlic, and pepper in a medium bowl.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms then stuff the caps with the beef mixture.
Place the stuffed mushrooms in a shallow baking dish and pour the wine over the top.
Bake the mushrooms in the pre-heated oven 'til meat is browned, about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
