Beef Fajitas Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic; crushed |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vegetable oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | White vinegar |
1 | Beef skirt steak; about 3/4-inch thick |
Mix lime juice, garlic, oil and vinegar in glass container or resealable plastic bag; place steak in container. Marinate, covered, 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Drain steak; discard marinade. Grill steak over hot coals. Cut steak into strips and serve in flour tortillas.
