Kitchen bouquet | ||
Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
Tarragon - to taste | ||
Tarragon sauce - (see sauces) | ||
Hot rice for 4 |
Rub cut garlic clove on all sides of chicken. Rub lightly with Kitchen Bouquet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and tarragon to taste. Place in open Microwave dish, breast-side down. Microwave on High for 7 minutes. Turn dish 1/2 turn. Microwave on High for 7 minutes longer. Let stand for 10 minutes while making Tarragon Sauce. Serve sauce over meat with rice.
