Tangy Chicken Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Pineapple - chunks, drained |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Chicken or turkey - chopped |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Grapes - red, halved |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - sliced |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Yogurt - plain |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Curry powder |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Oats - uncooked |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Peanuts - dry roasted |
Stir curry into yogurt and add all ingredients except oats and peanuts. Add those immediately before serving and mix.
