1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fat or oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cornstarch |
2/3 cup | 41g / 1.4oz | Chicken - turkey or meat |
Broth | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Raisins |
2/3 cup | 41g / 1.4oz | Cut-up cooked chicken |
Turkey - beef or pork |
Cut green pepper in 1" pieces.
Cook slowly in fat or oil in a heated fry pan about 10 minutes, until tender.
Mix sugar and cornstarch.
Mix in broth, vinegar and soy sauce; add to green pepper.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until sauce is clear and thickened.
Add meat and raisins.
