Stewed Chicken

Recipe Ingredients

4   Chicken breast; halves - boneless
1   Italian stewed tomatoes - cut in bite sized pi
1   Sliced mushrooms - salt free
1   Onion - sliced in rings (medium)
2 teaspoons 10mlItalian seasoning
2 teaspoons 10mlGarlic - chopped
  Salt to taste
  Pepper to taste
  Fat-free mozzarella cheese - shredded

Recipe Instructions

Place chicken in baking dish. Top with tomatoes and their juice, mushrooms, onions and seasonings. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Remove from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella. Cover with foil until cheese melts.
