Bean Dip With Chorizo Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - , chopped (large) |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Chorizo link - skin removed |
1 | Chopped green chiles | |
2 | Refried beans | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded Monterey jack cheese |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder - or to taste |
Crumble chorizo in a large heavy skillet and cook just until the fat starts to gather in the pan.
Add onion and cook until onion is transparent; drain.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until all is hot and the cheeses are melted.
Serve hot with tortilla chips or corn chips.
