2/3 cup | 157ml | Hidden valley ranch dressing - prepared |
1 | Egg - slightly beaten | |
6 | Boneless skinless chicken breasts | |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Cornflake crumbs |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Butt |
In a bowl combine salad dressing and egg, set aside. Rinse chicken with water and drain well. Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixed with salt and pepper, and dip in salad dressing, egg mixture.
Roll in cornflake crumbs. Arrange chicken pieces in a broiler pan, lined with foil, if desired.
Drizzle with butter.
Bake at 350F for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until fork tender.
