Spicy Oven-Fried Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
2 1/2 cups | 365g / 12oz | Crushed potato sticks - chips |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Seasoned salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Paprika |
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Fryer chicken - cut-up |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Evaporated milk |
Combine crushed potato sticks and seasonings. Dip chicken parts in evaporated milk and then in season mixture. Place on broiler pan or on rack in a 9 x 13 pan.
Note: spray rack or pan with cooling spray for easy clean-up
