Spiced Chicken With Honey Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Unsalted butter |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
Chicken drumsticks - or thigh |
Preheat oven to 375.
Melt butter; add honey, mustard, salt and curry powder. Remove from heat. Roll chicken pieces in mixture to coat. Bake for one hour, basting frequently.
