Beacon Hill Clam Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Minced clams | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Prepared horseradish |
1 | Cream cheese - softened | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh lemon juice |
Drain liquid from clams; reserve liquid. Combine horseradish, lemon juice with cream cheese.
Add 1 teaspoon of reserved clam juice; blend into cream cheese mixture. Add clams, mixing well.
Add additional clam juice if necessary to reach the desired dipping consistency. Serve with chips.
