Hawaiian Chicken Fruit Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Chicken breast (about 2 lbs.) - cooked & cooled |
3/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Celery - chopped |
20 oz | 568g | Pineapple chunks in water - drained |
11 oz | 312g | Mandarin oranges - drained |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Seedless grapes - cut in half |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Pecans - chopped |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
3 1/2 tablespoons | 52ml | Mayonnaise |
Toss the chicken pieces, celery, grape halves, pineapple, oranges, and 1/2 the pecans together. Fold in the salted mayonnaise. Chill (overnight if needed). Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with remaining pecans and some grapes.
