2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Cooked rice |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - sliced |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Cherry tomatoes - quartered |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Ripe olives - sliced |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Green pepper - diced |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Fat-free Italian salad dressing |
Lettuce leaves |
Combine all ingredients except lettuce in large bowl.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
