Italian cooking sauce with onions and mushrooms or: 2 cups meatless spaghetti sauce | ||

2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parmesan - grated |
Makes: 4 servings at $1.51 each. Prep: 5 minutes. Cook: 7 minutes. Broil: 1 minute.
1. Heat broiler. Spread flour on sheet of waxed paper. Dip turkey cutlets in flour to coat both sides.
2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet with ovenproof handle over medium heat. Add cutlets; saute until golden brown on bottom, 3 minutes. Turn over; sprinkle with salt and pepper; saute until cooked through. Add sauce; simmer 1 minute. Sprinkle cheeses over cutlets.
3. Broil 1 minute or until cheese is melted and brown around edges.
