Recipe Ingredients

1   Ground turkey
25   Corn starch - (cornflour)
25   Dry sherry
50   Light soy sauce
10   Ginger - grated
6   Garlic; crushed - minced
6   Green onions - chopped
15   Brown sugar
15   Sesame oil
1   Wonton wrappers
  Peanut oil
3/8   Fish sauce - (you may want to
250   Vinegar
200   Sugar
6   Garlic - minced
10   Ginger - minced
15   Red pepper - crushed

Recipe Instructions

1. Make the dipping sauce by mixing together all of its ingredients. Store

5. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes in covered rack over boiling water.
