Sesame Chicken Nuggets Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Chicken breast fillets | |
4 oz | 113g | Dried breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sesame seeds |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh mint |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
Salt and pepper | ||
1 | Egg - beaten | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Vegetable oil |
Cut chicken breasts into 2 inch cubes. In a large bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, mint, paprika, salt and pepper until thoroughly combined.
Coat chicken nuggets, first in beaten egg, then in breadcrumb mixture. Put on baking sheet and chill for 30 minutes Heat oil in frying pan and fry nuggets for 10 minutes turning occasionally until golden and crispy.
Remove from pan and drain before serving.
