Savory Turkey Meatloaf Florentine Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Ground turkey |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cream of wheat |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Egg substitute |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Ketchup |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried basil leaves |
1 | Chopped spinach - thawed, drained | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped red pepper |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Minced onion |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Country-style Dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
In large bowl, thoroughly combine turkey, cereal, egg substitute, ketchup, garlic and basil. Stir in spinach, pepper and onion. Shape into 9x4-inch loaf.
Place in greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Blend mustard and honey; brush over meatloaf.
Bake 15-25 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
