Basic Artichoke Dip (And Variations) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Artichoke hearts - , drained and chopped | |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
Combine ingredients, mixing well. Pour into an ovenproof dish and bake at 350F for 20 to 30 minutes.
Vary recipe by adding any of the following: 1 can of crab meat Worcestershire sauce garlic powder juice of two lemons crushed red pepper flakes 1 can of chopped green chiles 1 can of chopped ripe olives marinated artichoke hearts
