2 oz | 56g | Salad oil |
2 oz | 56g | Vinegar (White) |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Heavy Cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 | Pinch fresh black pepper | |
1 | Head lettuce | |
1 | Pinch chives |
Mix oil, vinegar and dry mustard together. Stir in the cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Line salad plates with lettuce leaves. Toss mushrooms with dressing and serve on lettuce. Sprinkle with chives.
