2 cups | 474ml | Apple cider |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Corn starch |
Put breast in small roast pan and bake 450F 30 minutes, no cover. Mix 1 1/2 Cups Cider with 1/4 C Soy Sauce and pour over Turkey Breast, cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325F. Mix 2 T. Cornstarch with 1/2 C apple Cider, pour into pan with breast, bake uncovered until thickened. Drain sauce into separate bowl and serve with turkey...
