Roast Chicken Stuffing Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Seasoned bread stuffing mix |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Seedless raisins |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Apple - chopped |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Celery - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Walnuts - chopped |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Chicken stock |
Saute stuffing mix in melted butter for 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly, adding more chicken stock if the stuffing seems too dry for your taste. Will stuff a 6 to 7 pound roaster.
