Rice Broccoli Cheese Turkey Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index

2 c. cooked rice 1 pkg. frozen chopped Broccoli (cooked according to directions)
Saute in 2 T. margarine: 1/2 c. diced onion 1/4 c. diced celery
1 - 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz or 1 c. cubed Velveeta Cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken) 2 c. cubed cooked turkey or chicken (can also use Shrimp or Ham) small jar of chopped pimentos
Combine all ingredients and place in casserole. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. This dish freezes well.
NOODLES 3 eggs (beaten slightly) 3 T. water 1 t. salt 3 c. flour
Beat eggs just until foamy. Add water and salt. Add flour little at a time to a soft dough. Roll out (the secret to noodles is to roll them thin). Let dry (1/2 hour to 2 hours - depending on humidity) until edges start to curl. Cut in 3" strip. Stack and cut about 1/4" wide. Spread out and let noodles continue to dry.
