2 | Green peppers, chopped | |
2 | Stalks celery | |
16 oz | 454g | Can cooked red kidney beans |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Parsley |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Salad oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Paprika |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Prepared horse radish |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Of onion salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Of ground red pepper |
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, stir together rice, pepper, celery, beans and parsley. Set aside. Combine salad oil, vinegar, water, paprika, horse radish, onion salt and red pepper. Toss together to coat. (prepare a day in advance).
