2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion - sliced thin (large) |
1 | Red pepper - sliced thin | |
12 oz | 340g | Broccoli florets - cut into small |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1/4 | Stir-fry sauce | |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Cooked sliced chicken |
Rice or couscous |
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli, water and stir-fry sauce. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in chicken and heat through. Serve with rice or couscous.
NOTES : This tasty chicken and vegetable stir-fry couldn't be easier--and everything except the rice or couscous gets cooked in one skillet--so cleanup is a breeze, too!
