1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Quaker oats - uncooked |
(quick or old-fashioned) | ||
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt - (optional) |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |

Cut up | ||
1/3 cup | 78ml | Milk |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Margarine or butter - melted |
Heat oven to 375 F. Place dry ingredients in blender container or food processor bowl; cover. Blend or process about 1 minute, stopping occasionally to stir. Coat chicken pieces with oat mixture; dip into milk.
Coat again with oat mixture. Place in 15x10-inch jelly roll pan; drizzle with margarine. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with fork.
