Poached Lemon Chicken Breasts Recipe - Cooking Index

1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground white pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
Lemon slices - (optional) |
Spray 9" microwavable pie dish with cooking spray. Add chicken, water lemon juice and seasonings; cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Rotate pie plate and microwave for 2 minutes longer. To serve, slice chicken and garnish with lemon slices if desired.
