1   Pheasant - cooked and boned
2   Onions - chopped
4 cups 948mlPheasant or chicken broth
1/4 cup 59mlSoy sauce
  Pepper
1 tablespoon 15mlParsley flakes - (opt.)
2 cups 220g / 7.8ozCelery - chopped
2 cups 320g / 11ozRaw brown rice
1   Soup - cream of mushroom
1   Mushrooms - (opt.)

Recipe Instructions

Blend all and bake in casserole at 300-350 degrees for 2 hours.
