Parmesan Chicken Breasts (Lower Fat)

Recipe Ingredients

4   Chicken breasts - boned and skinned
1 cup 237mlFat free ranch dressing
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozBread crumbs
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozFat free parmesan cheese
  Italian seasoning - optional (to taste)

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Place Fat Free dressing in a shallow bowl.

Mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and (optional Italian seasoning) and place mixture into another shallow bowl.

Roll breasts (one at a time) in Fat Free dressing and then in bread crumb mixture. Place onto a greased baking sheet.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
