Parmesan Chicken Breasts (Lower Fat) Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Chicken breasts - boned and skinned | |
1 cup | 237ml | Fat free ranch dressing |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Bread crumbs |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Fat free parmesan cheese |
Italian seasoning - optional (to taste) |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place Fat Free dressing in a shallow bowl.
Mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and (optional Italian seasoning) and place mixture into another shallow bowl.
Roll breasts (one at a time) in Fat Free dressing and then in bread crumb mixture. Place onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
