Halves - (about 2 pounds) | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parkay margarine - melted |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Kraft 100% grated - (2 oz) |
Parmesan cheese | ||
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Dry bread crumbs |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried oregano leaves |
And parsley flakes | ||
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Paprika - salt and black |
Pepper |
Heat oven to 400F. spray 15X10X1-inch baking pan with no stick cooking spray.
Dip chicken in margarine; coat with combined remaining ingredients. Place in prepared pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
SPICY: substitute 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper fro black pepper.
