| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cocoa powder - plain |

| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cumin seeds |
| 3 | Peppers - jalapeno -- | |
| Chopped | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cumin - or 1 T chili |

Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook for 14 to 16 hrs at low heat. Note: double the recipe to make 8 servings, and freeze extras in single serving portions if desired. 295 calories each
