Oven-Crisped Orange Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index

1/3 cup | 78ml | Frozen orange juice concentrate |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Fine dry bread crumbs |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Unsalted butter - melted |

Preheat oven to 375.
Combine the egg, orange juice concentrate, and soy sauce; stir to mix well.
In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and paprika. Put melted butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Dip chicken pieces in the orange-soy mixture, then coat with crumbs.
Place chicken skin side up in baking pan. Sprinkle with any remaining crumbs. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Do not turn.
