1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Thyme |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Margarine |
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Chicken cut up |
Melt margarine in baking dish. Mix dry ingredients and roll chicken in it. Then dredge chicken in margarine. Place chicken on rack in baking dish skin side down. Bake 425F 30 minutes then turn chicken over and cook 15 minutes or until done.
