Oven Barbecued Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Frying chicken - cutup | |
| 1 | Salt and pepper to taste | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Ketchup |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Brown sugar |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Water |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mustard |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic salt |
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and simmer in a saucepan until blended. Dip chicken pieces in sauce and place in a foil lined 9 x 13 baking dish.
Pour remaining sauce over chicken pieces. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 deg f. Bake an additional hour. Makes 6 servings.
