Baked Chicken Wings Recipe - Cooking Index
30 | Chicken wing drumettes | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry sherry |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Freshly grated ginger |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Sugar |
1 | Green onion - chopped | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sesame oil |
Paprika - to taste |
Combine all ingredients except chicken and paprika. Marinate chicken in this mixture for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Arrange in a single layer in a greased baking dish; sprinkle liberally with paprika. Bake at 375F for 35 to 40 minutes, or until wings are browned and tender.
