Baked Cheese Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Grated cheddar cheese |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded Monterey jack cheese |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped fine (small) |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1 | Chopped artichokes | |
1 | Sourdough bread boule - hollowed out |
Mix all the ingredients together and hollow out a round loaf of French bread. Put the mixture into the bread, put lid back on and bake for 1-1/4 hours at 350F.
