Onion Chicken Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | -- (10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts | |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped sweet onions |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Grated cheddar cheese |
2 | Eggs - slightly beaten | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
1 | Cream of mushroom soup | |
1 | Soup can water | |
3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Converted rice - uncooked |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sliced mushrooms |
6 | Chicken breasts - (boneless, if desired) | |
Paprika |
Cook onions with broccoli according to package directions; drain. Mix together the next 7 ingredients. Add broccoli and onions and stir. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and place chicken on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
