No-Fuss Baked Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared mustard |
4 | Boned and skinned chicken - breast halves | |
2/3 cup | 41g / 1.4oz | Corn flake crumbs |
Mix mayonnaise, cheese and mustard in a small bowl. Measure out 1/3 cup and refrigerate. Brush both sides of chicken with the remaining mixture. Coat well with crumbs. Arrange in lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated 400 oven 20 minutes or until golden brown and fork-tender. Serve with reserved mayonnaise mixture for dipping. Makes 4 servings.
