1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Onion - chopped (medium) |
4 lbs | 1816g / 64oz | Potatoes - in 1" pieces (medium) |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Green pepper - in strips (large) |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped parsley |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 | Pepper | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried basil |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Jar |
Spaghetti sauce |
Combine chicken, onion, potatoes, green pepper, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, basil and spaghetti sauce in Crockpot. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours.
Skim fat off top and serve in bowls. Can omit potatoes and serve over spaghetti.
