1 | Loaf sour dough bread - round | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Pesto sauce |
1 | Wheel brie cheese |
Take a round loaf of sourdough bread and cut a whole out of the center (like you're making rye bread dip). Brush some good pesto sauce around the bottom and sides of the hole.
Put the brie in the center (make sure the brie is at room temperature - you don't want to bake it too long). Bake until the brie melts. Use the bread to dip.
