Baked Brie - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Pillsbury crescent roll dough | |
1 | Brie | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
Cut the dough into 2 pieces and lay the 1 piece down in a buttered oven proof dish.
Place the brie on top of the first layer of dough. Place the second piece of dough on top of the brie. Crimp the edges together (like if you were doing a pie). Brush some melted butter on top. Bake in a 350F oven until the cheese melts and the dough is golden brown.
